Shock and Awe

Tuesday April 6th 2010, was the start of spring practices for the Greenville College Football team. Head Coach Ordell Walker decided to kick off his regime with something a little different.
A super intense combination of P90X ploymetrics and Coach Mingo's special grinders was just what the Walker ordered. The purpose of this "Shock and Awe" workout was to set the effort and intensity tone for spring practices. Players and coaches alike were both exhausted and inspired after the intense early morning training.

"Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it." -Matthew 7:13-14
